    This is a terrible idea, I will actively oppose it and am confident the majority of people in the proposed permit area will vote no too. I can't believe anyone who doesn't have Kaiser employees parking in front of their home on a daily basis would entertain the idea of a lifetime fee to park in front of their own home, a fee that will inevitably go up on a regular basis.
